Help! My Points Do Not Match My Previous Purchase Amount!
Did you use multiple email addresses to checkout in the past?Our system links all purchases with your email address. So as long as you use the same email address to make any previous purchase from our store, it should be able to detect your past orders and calculate your points accurately.
If you had used multiple email addresses to make purchases in the past, we are unfortunately not able to combine points at the moment. Please reach out to us, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis on what we can do for you.
